Built on the belief
that work should
feel sustainable.
We're an HR and people strategy consultancy founded on a simple idea — that great organizations are built by design, not default.
Why The Cadence House exists.
The Cadence House was built on a simple belief: work should be sustainable — for people and for organizations.
"In music, cadence refers to rhythm, flow, and sequence. In business, it shows up in how teams operate, how leaders lead, and how strategy turns into action."
When that rhythm is clear and intentional, organizations thrive. When it's disrupted, even the best strategies struggle to land — and you see it in turnover, burnout, and stalled growth.
We exist to help organizations realign their people practices with their values and natural operating rhythm — creating workplaces where clarity replaces chaos and growth feels intentional.
I'm an HR and people strategy professional with over eight years of experience across government, healthcare, and corporate environments — and I started The Cadence House because I kept watching talented leaders build great organizations on shaky people foundations.
My work spans employee engagement, employee relations, compliance, talent mobility, and organizational development. It's grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience — including understanding firsthand what happens when personal well-being and professional demands fall out of sync.
This work is personal. That's what makes it effective.
Strategy with structure.
Empathy with execution.
What began as a passion for people-centered work evolved into a consulting philosophy rooted in rhythm, sustainability, and clarity — helping organizations build people strategies that don't just look good on paper, but actually work in real life.
Every organization has a natural flow. The work begins by listening — understanding how people, processes, and priorities move together before introducing any change.
She blends strategy with practicality — creating frameworks grounded in how your organization actually operates, not just how it should on paper.
Success shouldn't come at the cost of well-being. The focus is on building environments where people can genuinely thrive — at work and beyond.
